Hon33 Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions

01 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the hon33 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Not be on any self-exclusion list of a recognised gambling authority
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Register as an individual, not on behalf of or for the benefit of another person
• Have not previously had an account closed by hon33 due to a terms violation

Hon33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a member is found to be underage, the account will be terminated immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.

02 Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each hon33 member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identities — is considered fraud and will result in the termination of all associated accounts without compensation.

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include:

• A copy of your national ID (MyKad) or valid passport
• A selfie holding your identity document
• Proof of current address (not more than three months old)
• Verification of the payment method used

Hon33 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time if deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions at hon33 must be conducted using payment methods registered in the member's name. Deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being frozen.

General withdrawal requirements are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM10 (subject to the selected method)
• KYC must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal
• All rollover requirements for any active bonus must be fulfilled first
• Hon33 reserves the right to require additional security checks for large withdrawals
• Processing time: 5–30 minutes depending on the method and verification requirements

Hon33 will not be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks, payment processors, or blockchain networks that are beyond our control.

04 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Terms

All bonuses offered by hon33 are subject to different terms and rollover requirements depending on the promotion type. Full details for each promotion will be stated in the specific terms of that promotion.

Key things to understand about bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used in games in accordance with the rollover requirements
• Rollover requirements are typically between 10x and 30x depending on the bonus type
• Some games may not count, or may count at a different rate, toward rollover requirements
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• Hon33 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being abused

05 Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities

As a hon33 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or other unauthorized methods to play or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Accessing another member's account without authorization
• Abusing or harassing the customer support service
• Sharing your login credentials with any other party

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination, freezing of funds, and legal action where necessary. hon33 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

06 Responsible Gaming

Hon33 takes the health and well-being of our members seriously. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits for spending control
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss limit you are comfortable with
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours up to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account permanently or for a set period
• Activity Monitoring: Check your game history and transactions at any time

07 Account Termination & Closure

You are free to close your hon33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn and there are no pending withdrawals.

Hon33 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the specified period
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement

08 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The hon33 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure continuous and error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, particularly in exceptional circumstances such as system maintenance, technical disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Hon33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated gambling winnings.

In no event shall hon33's total liability to you exceed the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

09 Terms & Conditions Amendment

Hon33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the hon33 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms governing the use of the hon33 platform.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding independent arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
